By using hardwavestudios.com or any Hardwave Studios software, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- One account per person
3. Licenses
- Our software includes audio plugins, desktop tools, and web-based services. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them on your own devices and account for personal music production.
- Subscription: your license is active as long as your subscription is active; it ends when you cancel.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our software.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed by Mollie, a licensed European payment service provider. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- One-time purchases: refunds available within 14 days if the product cannot be installed or activated.
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; no refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
- Our software is for personal music production use
- You may not use our tools for illegal purposes
6. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
- You may delete your account at any time from dashboard settings
7. Limitation of Liability
Hardwave Studios is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
