Plug-ins / WettBoi
WettBoi
Reverb and delay for harder styles with a sidechain ducker built into the wet signal, so tails pull back on every kick instead of burying it. Four reverb types, a synced or free delay, and filters on both.
Eight bars at 150 BPM in F minor. Hall reverb, 2.8 s decay, high-passed at 300 Hz, dotted-eighth ping-pong delay, and the ducker keyed from the kick at -24 dB. The kick and the lead are made by a script so nothing else colours the comparison: only WettBoi is doing anything between the two.
Ducks against the kick
A sidechain ducker with threshold, attack, hold and release pulls the reverb and delay back on every hit, keyed from the plug-in's own input or an external sidechain.
Delay & reverb engine
Room, Hall, Plate and Spring reverb plus a synced or free delay with feedback, ping-pong and saturation. High-pass and low-pass filters on both keep the low end clean.
Wet path only
Processes just the wet signal, so your dry lead stays untouched and up front while the space moves around it.
